Client's Charter

• Students graduate with a program of study that has obtained Accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Professional Body.
  
  
• The process of student registration is completed on the same day of registration
  
  
• The results of final examonation are processed within 14 (fourteen) working days after the semester end.

• Implement 100% supervision on all students who are undergoing industrial training at one particular semester.

• Status of action taken on customer complaints will be notified to the complainant within 5 (five) working days
