About Us
INTRODUCTION
CISEC is established to focus on industry services in community and industrial collaborations and graduates employability. The unit assists Politeknik Kota Bharu to achieve 90% employed graduates and 100% courses based industrial collaboration every year. Several outstanding programmes are organized annually such as CEO@PolyCC Programmes, IAC Meetings, Minister of Higher Education Incentives and Career Fairs which are supervising by Department of Polytechnic and College Community Education (DPCCE) to maintain the Key Performance Index (KPI) of the institution.
OBJECTIVES
Initially, CISEC is founded to support the Polytechnic and College Community Business Plan (2018- 2025):
- Supplying qualified and prominent employability TVET graduates
- Conducting remarkable impact graduates’ employability programmes
- Facilitating collaborations between industries and Polytechnic Kota Bharu
- Providing assisting services in industrial needs and responses for collaborations and internships
- Increasing the employed rate among graduates
- Providing career advisory services, planning and preparation for the graduates before facing the career world.

FACILITIES
CISEC is located at First Floor, Old Building, next to the Centre of Research and Innovation (CRI) consisting of:
- Manager’s room
- Work stations for coordinators
- Meeting and discussion space
- Shelves, cabinets and lockers for files and stationery
