 Provide safety training to employees

 Ensure regular maintenance of machinery, equipment and plant
 Installetion machine guards on hazardous equipment

 Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as goggles, safety

glasses, masks, gloves, hair nets, etc
 Shut down machine before cleaning, repairing or leaving it
