MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE


                     Service  agreements  must  be  clearly  written  representing  all  aspects  of  the

                       service  level  and  performance,  with  agreed  responsibilities  and  duties  of  all

                       parties as well as protecting the confidentiality of the Insured

                     Contingency  plan  including  disaster  recovery  and  backup  facilities  to  support
                       the continuation of the outsourced activity with minimal business disruption

                     Monitoring  and  control  measures  to  be  set  in  place  to  ensure  that  the  services

                       are delivered in the manner as expected.
