AUTHOR’S BIBLIOGRAPHY

Siti Hajar Muhd Ariff is a lecturer at Commerce Department,
Politeknik Kota Bharu. She completed her Master of Business
Administration, concentration in Risk Management and also
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (hons.) Insurance
from Universiti Teknologi MARA. She currently teaches various
subjects at diploma level, such as Risk Management, Property
and Pecuniary Insurance and Reinsurance. She has been
actively involved in the academic curriculum of the insurance
program, such as the exercise of Continous Quality
Improvement (CQI). Her research interests are in the area of
risk management and insurance, writing and presents papers
in those areas at national and international levels. She can

Razia Malini Mohamad is a Head of Diploma in Insurance
Programme at Commerce Department, Politeknik Kota Bharu.
She holds Bachelor in Risk Management and Insurance (hons.)
from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She has lectured in various
subjects such as microeconomics, principles and practices of
insurance for 11 years and her specialization subjects are
liability insurance and economics. She has been actively
involved in the academic curriculum of the insurance
programme, such as develop and exercise the curriculum

Aida Ashyurani Mohd Razully is a lecturer at Commerce
Department, Politeknik Kota Bharu. She obtained Bachelor of
Business Administration (hons.) Insurance from Universiti
Teknologi MARA Shah Alam. She previously worked in claims
field. She has taught various subject at diploma level, such as
Fundamentals and Operations of Insurance, Insurance Law,
and Risk Management. Beside teaching, she holds various
administrative post and is currently committee of Risk
Management and Chances of Politeknik Kota Bharu. She can
