contract procedure

1) As shown in Figure 2.2, the client will initially come up with an

idea in the form of a project brief during the pre-contract stage.
The client brief might be a written document created by the

client or a designer created after conversations with the client.

2) The architect will next create concepts, which are their
responses to the design issue (customer brief) that has been

provided to them. This is a means of transforming a non-

physical design into a tangible building product. Critical issues,
central themes or problem essences, and general design

issues will be addressed in a variety of techniques.
