 who is identified or identifiable from that information in the possession of a

data user?

 includes sensitive personal data

 includes expression of opinion about the data subject.

What Is Sensitive Personal Data?

It is any personal data consisting of information on:

 the physical or mental health

 political opinions

 religious beliefs

 the commission or alleged commission by him of any offence
