MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

               2.3.1 SCOPE OF OVERSEAS COVER

The benefits are similar to those of a hospital and surgical insurance
product. Overseas cover would cover the medical treatment and services

up to a predetermined amount as specified in the plan of coverage, which

may be a comprehensive or a standard plan. In a comprehensive plan, it

generally would extend to cover outpatient clinical, with the local network
panel clinics abroad and a co-payment or deductible may also be

applicable, depending on the plan of choice.

The additional benefits would be the benefits of evacuation and

repatriation back to Malaysia, including mortal remains as well as the full

               range of travel assistance services.

               2.3.2 EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The policy exclusions are similar to the local PMI policies in Malaysia
except that at times it may extend to cover certain benefits that may be

considered as necessary in the locality and should not be excluded, for

               example, pregnancy.

2.4 FUNDING METHODS AND PRICING ADJUSTMENT

There are various options to be considered in the funding of medical

expenses incurred by the individual, corporate or associations. In the

consideration the decision varies among individual as well as from small to

               large group schemes.
