2.Distributor’s Brand

Brand sponsored by a wholesaler, retailer, dealer, or merchant, as
distinguished from a brand bearing the name of a manufacturer or

                     producer; also called PRIVATE BRAND.
Private labeling occurs when middlemen, usually large retailers or

                     wholesalers, develop their own brand.
Example: TESCO has their product under TESCO EVERYDAY VALUE

                     brand

                   3.Licensed Brand

Brand licensing is the process of creating and managing contracts
between the owner of a brand and a company or individual who wants to

use the brand in association with a product, for an agreed period of time,
                        within an agreed territory.

Licensing is used by brand owners to extend a trademark or character
onto products of a completely different nature.
                        Example: Harry Potter merchandise
