❑ On the tender form, the officer must record the contractor's
name, address, registration class, and status, as well as the
date stated for tender acceptance, and sign it.
❑ Payment for tender documents must be included in revenue,
whereas the drawing security deposit is placed in a savings
account and will be repaid to tenderers later.
