5.3 Tender Table Document
❑ In most cases, there is no difference in substance between a
tender document and a tender table document. Tender
documents are sufficiently prepared based on the expected
number of bidders. Only one or two copies of tender table
materials are prepared to be shown at the tendering office.
❑ A Table tender document is a document that the contractor
can use to reference and inspect the tender document.
Typically, these documents comprise a number of specific
documents pertaining to the project being provided.
❑ These documents are identical to the tender document, but
they are prepared specifically for the tenderer's inspection
and scrutiny before they commit to purchasing the document
to enter the tender.
❑ Complete standard documents such as the standard letter of
acceptance form (JKR203D Pindaan 9 2010), standard form
of contract (PWD 203/203A), and standard specifications are
only included in the tender table document, according to the
13th edition of Buku Panduan Pentadbiran Kontrak Kerja
Raya.
❑ Those documents do not have to be included in the tender
documents. In the tender table document, the tenderer can
review the complete set of documents.
