               1.  Convenience Products

               A  consumer  product  that  customers  typically,  but  not

               always,  purchase  quickly  and  with  little  comparison  and
               purchasing effort.

               Convenience products are typically low-cost, and marketers

               distribute  them  widely  to  ensure  that  they  are  readily
               available when customers require or desire them.

               Laundry  detergent,  candy,  periodicals,  and  fast  food  are

               among examples.

               2.  Shopping Product.

                                              A consumer product that is being chosen and purchased by

                                              the customer. Typically, comparisons are made based on

                                              factors  such  as  suitability,  quality,  price,  and  style.
                                              Consumers devote a significant amount of time and effort

                                              to acquiring information and comparing options.

                                              Furniture,  apparel,  used  cars,  big  appliances,  hotel  and
                                              airline services are just a few examples
