❑ Membership and Functions of the Tender Evaluation

Committee

i. The Head of Department/Division in charge of the

tender must appoint members of the Tender

Evaluation Committee in writing

ii. The tender evaluation process must be completed

and implemented as soon as feasible after the tender
is submitted to the Evaluation Committee, but no later

than thirty (30) days.

iii. The evaluation report shall be signed by all

Committees.
