• All tenders must be invited locally.
• International tenders may be invited for projects that
necessitates specialist knowledge not available locally or
funding from external lenders that impose international tender
criteria.
• Invitations to tender for construction work must be issued to
companies registered with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor
(PKK) and the Malaysia Construction Industry Development
Board (CIDB) based on the classes and grades listed below.
The figures below reflect the classes that have been registered
with PKK and CIDB, as well as the project value for which the
contractor has been qualified to tender.
