                       –Will always get the same features, benefit & quality each time buy



                    Reasons success:

                      1. Relevancy: Nestle always improve their product to meet the needs

                         of current lifestyle. For example, MILO is now packs in sachet to
                         ease the traveler.

                      2. Credibility: Nestle always make sure their product will always
                         deliver the quality that they promise. For example: drink MILO can

                         give energy to it user
                      3. International: Nestle is originated from Switzerland, and able to

                         broaden their business and gain acceptance from all over the
                         world.

                      4. Inspirational: The product from Nestle always become inspiration
                         to another company, for example their chocolate drink.
